Our Policies: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service appointment. To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later.Fusion accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card.

We at Fusion work in an environment that has hot, sharp tools and chemicals. If something happens to your child it would be devastating to the parents and our company. We encourage you to visit our Salon without children unless that child has appointment. During the appointment, children need to be able to sit still so our stylists can perform quality service.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
